2.Requirements for Acceptable Enterprise

     The enterprise in Xiamen Pioneering Park for Overseas Chinese Scholars must meet the following requirements before it is ratified as an enterprise established by the overseas Chinese scholars or by the scholar from Taiwan and is in the position to enjoy relevant preferential treatments.

     1. The legal representative or the leading technician of the enterprise is an overseas Chinese scholar or a scholar from Taiwan, who has contributed more than 30% of the registered capital and holds a senior executive post.
     2. The scope of business of the enterprise is within the investment orientation for hi-tech industry and the technology of the project is exclusive and innovative and has a bright market prospect.
     3. The enterprise is established in light of Chinese laws and both its address registered with the Administration of Industry and Commerce and the taxation departments and its operation headquarters are in Xiamen Pioneering Park for Overseas Chinese Scholars.
